RESEARCH

SUMMER - FALL 2018

I am a copious note-taker, and I have collected almost two full Moleskines just on my capstone. To say I was very dedicated to fully researching my topic is an understatement.

Linked below are several documents created to help me process everything that I’ve learned. What I haven’t been able to document here are all of the interviews I’ve done with funeral professionals, people who have experienced grief, and my target audience. I read so many books, conducted surveys, and even joined a group of senior citizens talking about their experiences with the end of life and how they are planning for it. In researching, I attended a conference on end of life, received my cremation license in the state of Ohio, and taught a high school class about how we can understand and support grief.
